✔ Currently studying business, sales, marketing, or a related field (Bac +3 Business school preferred). ✔ Strong interest in real estate, sales, and business development. ✔ Highly motivated, Autonomous, organized, and results driven. ✔ Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus. ✔ Previous CRM experience is a plus
Your Profile
• Identification & Acquisition: Source and acquire new property listings to enrich Emas Estate’s portfolio. • Lead Management & CRM: Update and track leads (around 40 per week) in our Zoho CRM, ensuring proper follow-up and pipeline reporting. • Organize and schedule property viewings with clients. • Client Advisory & Transactions: Guide and support clients throughout their property transactions, either directly or via email and WhatsApp Business. • Market Research & Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify Co-brokerage opportunities. • Working closely with an international team.
