Your Main Missions :
- Identification & Acquisition: Source and acquire new property listings to enrich Emas Estate’s portfolio.
- Lead Management & CRM: Update and track leads (around 40 per week) in our Zoho CRM, ensuring proper follow–up and pipeline reporting.
- Organize and schedule property viewings with clients.
- Advisory & Transactions: Guide and support clients throughout their property transactions, either directly or via email and WhatsApp Business.
- Market Research & Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify Co–brokerage opportunities.
- Working closely with an international team.
Your Profile :
✔ Currently studying business, sales, marketing, or a related field (Bac +3 Business school preferred).
✔ Strong interest in real estate, sales, and business development.
✔ Highly motivated, Autonomous, organized, and results driven.
✔ Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
✔ Previous CRM experience is a plus
